Since July 2018, the Historic Centre of Puerto Vallarta has been Cultural Heritage of the State of Jalisco. Every intervention is regulated; every new square meter is negotiated. Future supply doesn't depend on the market — it depends on the decree. Ten residences inside that perimeter are not repeated.
A white facade with natural stone accents, wood joinery on doors and floor-to-ceiling windows, traditional ironwork on the balconies and a clay-tile crown: the house speaks the language of the Centro without imitating it. Inside, coved ceilings with indirect lighting, fully equipped kitchens, and light floors that carry the Pacific's light to the back of every unit. An elevator connects the cobblestone street with all four levels and the roof garden.
